This was a new technology that we were introducing to our agency and throughout the process Avdhesh and his team worked with us to map out and design work flows to allow a good consumer experience. Over time as we see things that need tweaking they have responded promptly and more importantly they have been proactive in providing fixes to things we are not yet aware of.
